The highest tier of residency in the Kingdom
Premium Residency is an official programme that frees the holder from sponsorship, exempts them and their family from the dependants' levy, and opens wider rights to work, own and travel. It is granted by the Premium Residency Center under each product's conditions.

The seven products
Each product has its own conditions and duration. Here is an overview; we identify the right one with you in consultation.
Unlimited duration
Permanent residency for a one-time fee.
Core requirement: SAR 800,000, once
Duration: Permanent
Limited duration
Annual, renewable residency.
Core requirement: SAR 100,000 per year
Duration: 1 year, renewable
Special talent
Executives and specialists in health, science and research.
Core requirement: Income and experience by category
Duration: 5 years
Gifted
Recognised talent in culture, arts and sport.
Core requirement: Awards or an official recommendation
Duration: 5 years
Investor
For established investments in the Kingdom.
Core requirement: SAR 7M invested and 10 jobs
Duration: Permanent
Entrepreneur
For founders of backed startups.
Core requirement: Funding from an accredited incubator or accelerator
Duration: 5 years or permanent
Real-estate owner
For owners of property in the Kingdom.
Core requirement: Property worth SAR 4M, mortgage-free
Duration: While the property is owned
